Shipping policy

Nothing is shipped

Nana Dee'z Pet Co. sells digital downloads only. There are no packages, no shipping charges, and no delivery addresses to enter. You will never be asked to pay for shipping.

How you receive your order

Immediately after payment, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a download link. In most cases this arrives within a few minutes.

If it hasn't arrived within 1 hour:

1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Automated emails land there more often than anywhere else.

2. Confirm the email address on your order was typed correctly.

3. Email nanadeezpetco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send the file directly.

Printing your download

Our files are designed for standard 8.5 x 11 inch paper and print on any home printer. You're welcome to print as many copies as you like for your own family's use.

Products we recommend but do not sell

Some pages on this site recommend pet products available from other retailers. We don't stock, sell, or ship those items. If you buy one, your order, shipping, delivery, and returns are handled entirely by that retailer under their own policies, and any questions about it should go to them.
